4.1 Access to Property
Clients must grant Gardener Southgate the necessary access to their property to perform the agreed-upon services.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made as per the agreed schedule. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5.1 Pricing and Quotes
All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Any significant changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the final price.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed according to our refund policy, which is outlined in our separate Refund Policy document.
7. Liability
